Aluminum Nitride(AlN)

Aluminum nitride (AlN) has high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, so it can be used in various electronic devices. The thermal conductivity of aluminum nitride is above 170W/(m.k), which is 5-8 times that of alumina ceramics.

AlN Uses

AlN ceramic has high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties, making it an ideal material for thermal management and electrical applications. aln ceramic is also a common substitute for beryllium oxide (BeO) in the semiconductor industry because it is not hazardous to health during processing.

AlN Company

Great Ceramic has many years of experience in AlN ceramics processing, and can provide AlN ceramics raw materials, ceramic processing and molding services.
